One FLAG, ONE PASSPORT, I2-6 One Destiny, It was CALLED the WEST INDIAN FEDERATION For the FIRST TIME, we had a SHOT at TRUE INDEPENDENCE  Together. I3-6 But the DREAM DIDN'T LAST.
